In addition to being our Service Team Leader, Ismael is our Maintenance Foreman and has been a team leader for our maintenance and restoration staff for over ten years. He is skilled in the art of renovations and repairs. He has received extensive training from the County of Alameda and is an EPA Lead Certified Renovator.
Ismael is always respectful, courteous, and considerate when dealing with clients. He consistently receives compliments on both his ability and his effort to have a satisfactory resolution for every maintenance request for all concerned.
Judy is a Berkeley native and a world traveler. Before returning to Berkeley, she has been to Europe, Iran, the Far East, and the great Midwest. She has decades of experience as both a rental owner and a property manager. Understanding rent-controlled property is not easy, so having an expert to guide you could make the difference between happiness and frustration.
She is a community supporter and has served on the boards of Berkeley Youth Alternatives (BYA) and East Bay Rental Housing Association (EBRHA) for almost two decades; she has also been recognized by the Berkeley Property Owners Association (BPOA) for her outstanding work in the Berkeley community.
Mahasty is our Financial Officer and has worked with Judy, her mother, since 1999. She handles all rent payment inquiries, owner statements, bank transactions, tax requirements, bill payments, as well as client satisfaction. As a licensed Real Estate Agent and rental property owner, she has seen a world of change in the rental property business during her 15 years in the industry.
As the mother of two young children, she keeps herself very busy between work, school, and home life.
