Keith founded our company in 1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and has since operated charitable lotteries across the country - working to raise over $250 million for hospital foundations in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and New Brunswick. Keith's experience in sales, real estate, media, and direct marketing has been - and continues to be - the backbone of Solinsky Consulting's success, and has allowed our group to evolve, grow, and thrive through five decades.

Kolby Solinsky - CMO

After several years in journalism and local media in British Columbia, Kolby formally joined Solinsky Consulting in 2012 and has since managed our marketing efforts in advertising campaigns on TV, radio, and in print - and has spearheaded our digital and social media advertising, ensuring our lotteries are always reaching new buyers and audiences.

Kramer Solinsky - CMO

After a career in gaming, Kramer joined our company in 2018 and has coordinated efforts with the entire team in digital and social media advertising, working with influencers and online news outlets, and has helped plan photo and video shoots, enabling Solinsky Consulting to move in a new direction with content creation, multimedia, and creative marketing that both tells our clients' story - and sells tickets.

Tim MacDougall

With over 20 years of lottery consulting experience, Tim is fully versed in all aspects of providing successful lottery programs. His expertise is mainly in client liaison, ticket order fulfillment, call centre oversight, customer service, prize draws, winner announcements, statistical data reports and data control, prize fulfillment, prize acquisition, and marketing oversight.

Tina Giustino

Since joining Solinsky Consulting over 15 years ago, Tina has been an integral part of our company, managing and coordinating lotteries with our clients and hospital foundations, media outlets and partners, spokespeople, and prize suppliers in British Columbia. Each year, Tina manages prize procurement, prize home properties, organizes & manages commercial TV and video shoots and media events, as well as millions of dollars worth of impactful ad campaigns that allow our lotteries to fundraise and succeed.
