Cameron grew up in White Hall, AR and now is living in Little Rock where she attended UAMS for Dental Hygiene. Being a hygienist at Smile Dailey allows her to provide quality dental care for the best patients alongside the best team.
In her free time Cameron enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Crystal has been with Smile Dailey Dental for over 1 year. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and has lots of experience from general dentistry to cosmetics. Crystal has two kids, both girls. Her daughters are 15 and 5 and keep her very busy with Volleyball and tumbling.
When she isn't working at Smile Dailey or being a mom, in her free time she enjoys going to the gym and relaxing binge watching Netflix.
Crystal is our front office team leader and is excited to meet your smiling face.
Originally from Camden, AR. She has lived in Little Rock for 2 ½ years. Delaney graduated from UAMS in Dental Hygiene and she loves that she is able to care and educate her patients about their oral health.
When she isn't cleaning teeth, she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Dr. Kirstan Hyser now lives in Little Rock with her husband and three pups. Dr. Hyser completed her B.S. in Human Biology from South Dakota State University and D.D.S. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In her free time, Dr. Hyser loves to exercise, read, and walk with her puppies.
Overall, Dr. Hyser is thrilled to be part of the Smile Dailey team and serve her community. With a passion for dentistry and overall health, Dr. Hyser is excited to help you care for your smile!
Katie became a part of our Smile Dailey team over 3 years ago as our financial coordinator. She enjoys meeting new people and making sure everyone gets their dental needs met. Katie is our pro with all things money and options we have available at Smile Dailey.
She resides in East End with her husband, James and their three children, Landon, Lakyn, and Lawson. She grew up in the Maumelle area where she graduated from Little Rock Christian in 2007.
When Katie isn't talking about money, she stays busy with her two oldest kids being active in sports and cheer. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, camping, fishing, and all things outdoor.
Originally from the Dallas Texas area, Kristen moved to the natural state in 2006 and resides in the Benton/Bryant area with her husband Josh. Josh and Kristen have four kids and two fur babies.
Kristen has been part of the Smile Dailey Team for 18 years and has been in dentistry for over 20 years. She has been chairside with Dr. Dailey for most of her time with Smile Dailey Dental. Kristen became our Chief Operations Officer in April 2023. She has a passion for creating beautiful healthy smiles that have changed the lives of many of our fantastic patients. She is excited about helping everyone in the community with their oral health.
When her smiling face isn't working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, watching her favorite football teams and doing some home decor decorating. She can't wait to meet you!
After earning her B.S.E in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas, Lauren was accepted into the UAMS Dental Hygiene program in 2015. Upon graduation she immediately started her career with Smile Dailey Dental. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, she is eager to answer any and all questions you may have about your oral health.
Although she grew up in the NW part of the natural state, Lauren and her husband Steven reside in Benton. They have two fur babies. In her free time, she loves being active and playing softball and watching her husband play hockey.
Liz has been a dental assistant for over 10 years now and has been with the Smile Dailey team since 2020. She lives in North Little Rock with her husband Charlie and their children Peyton, Peyzleigh, Cole and Clay.
She enjoys taking trips to the beach and her favorite place Disney World! She loves helping her patients and doing all the amazing smile makeovers with Dr. Dailey. She can't wait to meet you!
