Graham originally came from England. Since day one he arrived here, he has always felt there is no other place he wants to call home other than Vancouver.
Graham has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years and is currently licensed with Remax Crest Realty.
Anyone who has met Graham as a realtor will remember him as a humble individual who has a serious attitude towards his job but always tries to make the process as pleasant as possible for his clients. He is funny, warm hearted, sincere and knowledgeable. Graham's confident but classy demeanor often brings a peace of mind to his clients and smooth working relationships among all the parties involved in a real estate transaction and thus delivers outstanding results that is almost always above and beyond clients' expectations.

Graham is a designated in-house real estate consultant for Smartymortgage. He is happy to assist our clients for any questions they may have or simply for finding them dream homes and selling their existing properties.
Besides work and family, Graham loves outdoor activities including sailing, skiing, tennis and golfing.

Michelle came to Canada originally from Shanghai, China to pursue her MBA degree . After successfully completing her studies and a short work stint in Toronto, she quickly realized that she wanted to make Vancouver her permanent home.
Michelle has been in the financial industry for the past twenty years and held the designation of Certified Financial Planner since 2003. She strongly believes mortgage structuring is an integral part of the financial planning. Mortgage lending has become more and more complex these days due to the layers of government regulations but increasingly innovative products brought to the market by competitive lenders. Michelle wants to help individual borrowers to navigate through the process in a clear head and maximize their financing opportunities and returns.
When Michelle is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling the world. Among other pursuits she enjoy skiing in the winter and cruising our beautiful coastlines in the summer months.
