TAKE NOTICE that TAJANO LIMITED and VSAT LIMITED are the registerd owners of the parcels of land known as plots number Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1288-1296,1640 (originally Kwale/Diani Beach/Block 982) and 983 originally plot number Kwale/Diani Beach Block/28 situated at Diani directly adjacent to an diagonally opposite to Diani Shopping Centre in Kwale County... The said properties and the developments thereon are subject of proceedings in Mombasa High Court Civil Case No. 564 of 2011(OS) Saidi Mwinyikai Tomas and Hamadi Juma Mwakibibo V Charles Szlapak, Tajano Limited and Vsat Limited and Mombasa High Court Miscellaneous Application No. 162 of 2012 Tajano Limited and Vsat Limited v Saidi Mwinyikai Tomas and Hamadi Juma Mwakibibo. Both cases are pending in the high court of Kenya at Mombasa.
