Kusuma Reddy is a seasoned teacher of management with nearly 20 years of experience. A focused researcher, she enjoys writing papers and interacting with fellow researchers at various national and international seminars and conferences. She is committed to her students and has proved to be a popular projectguide to many of them. She regularly arranges guest lectures and field visits to help students gain maximum practical exposure. Currently she heads the Academic and Administrative Audit Cell of the college and is also a member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell.

FariaZafar is a managementteacher with about 10 years of experience in the field of research andeducation. Bobby has been teaching and training both postgraduate and undergraduate students for more than 10 years. With a passion for teaching, he believes in nurturing students intorole models for the nation. An avid reader, prolific writer and effective student counsellor, he has also co-authored two books, ‘Business Economics' and ‘Business Environment'. Currently, he coordinates the BBA programme at St. Mary's College. He is also the Faculty Mentor for the Entrepreneurship Club at St. Mary's College and has received formal trainingfrom the National Entrepreneurship Network.
Narsing Rao joined St. Mary's College in 2013. The students of our college reap the benefit of his more than 10 years of experience as a teacher of Commerce,Management and Finance. He is very effective in classroom management.

Mr. B. Arogya Reddy is a passionate educationist with over 40 years of educational experience, including building and nurturing educational institutions. A discerning individual who knew the intrinsic difference between mere teaching and quality education, Mr Reddy founded Saint Mary's Educational Society in 1982, beginning with St. Mary's Junior College, currently based at Basheer Bagh.
Mr. Reddy is the recipient of several awards for excellence as an educationist such as The Best Teacher Award, Best Principal - Junior College Award and the Award for Outstanding Services, among others. A post-graduate in English from Osmania University, he has played several roles in the field of education - as a school teacher, as a lecturer and as a principal, before venturing to be an entrepreneur in the field by laying the foundation of Saint Mary's Educational Society and the institutions under its auspices.

Mr. B. Mahender Reddy spearheads the Saint Mary's Educational Society as its CEO, providing leadership and a progressive vision. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a post-graduate in Business Administration, Mr. Mahender Reddy has followed the footsteps of his father, Mr. B. Arogya Reddy, to make education his life's calling. Mr. Mahender Reddy has worked relentlessly to help St. Mary's College make its mark in the educational sector of the state of Telangana. Under his leadership, St. Mary's College became one of the most sought after elite colleges in Hyderabad and has produced outstanding alumni in the fields of education, sports, cinema, business and politics. True to his belief in prioritizing academic excellence, he spends quality time nurturing students so that they are well-rounded and prepared to take on life and their respective careers after completing their education in institutions under the auspices of Saint Mary's Educational Society.
Mr. B. Mahender Reddy strongly believes that education only achieves its goal if, by the end of their academic journey, students are able to identify their life's true calling and pursue it successfully. He is a part of several think tanks and initiatives in the field of education. He was a member of the Advisory Committee on Skill Development under the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. He also was a part of the MLP-FICCI ARISE team that seeks to provide input to the legislators, governmental authorities and educational boards to enable them design policies with regard to safety in schools. He was the Founder Principal of the College and is currently its Director.

A Telugu Pundit, Mrs. Mary Reddy started her career as a school teacher in Telugu and went on to become a lecturer in Telugu. A devout Catholic with a profound sense of selfless service, she has been a mentor to the young staff of the institutions under St. Mary's Educational Society. Always ready with a kind word and a willing shoulder to lean on, Mrs. Reddy is highly regarded by both the staff and students for her wise counsel. As the Secretary of the Society, she handles administrative and human resources functions. She is the Correspondent of the College.

Prof. J. Mathew George is an economist by training and an alumnus of the University of Hyderabad and Madras Christian College. He began his career in the field of public policy and then moved to management education and training. He was the Principal of St. Mary's College during 2016 - 2022. Prior to joining St. Mary's College as Principal, he was an Associate Professor at the ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and headed the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development of the ICFAI (Deemed) University, Hyderabad. In the past, he was associated with institutions such as the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, the International Institute of Information Technology and the Environment Protection Training Research Institute, Hyderabad. He is also an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and has visited some of the top Universities in the US, including MIT, Harvard University, Langston University, University of California at San Diego, and New York State University. His areas of academic interest are spread over Education, Economics and Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about teacher-training and keeps track of the latest developments in education technology. Prof Mathew George is also a very popular speaker on topics related to leadership, communication, start-ups, public policy, and higher education, and is regularly invited to speak at conferences, Management Development Programs and Faculty Development Programs organised by many prestigious institutions and organizations. He has also been a mentor to some of the start-ups in Hyderabad and in Bangalore.
Shivani Mehrotra-Bajaj joined St. Mary's College in June 2017, prior to which she had taught Economics and Management at National PG College, Lucknow and St. Joseph's College ofCommerce, Bengaluru. She was the university topper of Mastersin Business Economics. A brilliant academician, she qualified the UGC-NET in Economics andManagement and has also successfully completed the NSE Academy Certification in Financial Markets(NCFM). She is inclined towards academic research and has written several papers, many ofwhich were published and/or presented in national and international conferences and seminars.
