As Executive Vice President of Development and President of Stella Construction, Eduardo is responsible to Stella Group's growth through the successful development of new assets. As part of the senior leadership team, Eduardo works alongside other team leaders in evaluating new opportunities as well as overseeing the evolution of Stella Group. Eduardo oversees all upfront development feasibility, financial analysis, due diligence, project design, entitlements, permitting, and general contractor procurement, while providing leadership to the development team through construction and project delivery.
Gabriela is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a Master of Science in Real Estate Analysis and Development. Her skillset includes commercial real estate analysis, real estate portfolio management, real estate research, commercial lending, development, public policy, and more. She did her Capstone Thesis on the effects of COVID-19 regarding student housing consumer preferences. Moreover, throughout her academic career, she did most of her research in sustainable housing options. Today she is working in Stella Group in the hopes of bringing new real estate concepts, and value to the economy of Puerto Rico.

With more than 28 years of private equity, corporate, and investment banking experience, Jose founded Monllor Capital Partners. He has a bachelor's degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Mr. Adrian Stella is the founder and President of Stella Group, a diversified real estate company focused on single and multi-family, self-storage, commercial centers, renewable energy and student housing. Adrian's vision and leadership has expanded Stella Group into a multi-dimensional company. Mr. Stella is responsible for the overall working of Stella Group and has been consistently instrumental in making strategic decisions that have resulted in various successful real estate developments and the prosperous administration of a wide portfolio of commercial properties. Mr. Stella has extensive real estate development, management, sales and marketing experience across various sectors including resident, commercial/retail and urban renewal. He has been in charge of the planning and management of more than 10 real estate developments. In his tenure at Stella Group, he has been responsible for deploying the company's strategic vision and developing business alliances as well as building a management team able to provide comprehensive administration services for those developments. Mr. Stella studied finance at Jacksonville University. He has been awarded the President's award for his personal commitment to the home building industry from the National Homebuilders Association and two distinctive awards from the Homebuilders Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association in recognition for his cutting-edge communities.

Rodolfo Romanach is a talented project manager with a long track record working in the construction industry. He studied civil engineering and has over 10 years of experience in this sector. As part of the Stella Group team, he has been able to lead teams on both commercial and residential projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded.
Stella has strategically expanded its construction and development operations to the US mainland. Stella Construction Group provides general construction services to national clients in the USA and PR.
Ms. Robles manages all legal matters for all division of Stella Group including identifying and collaborating with outside legal counsel and providing support to the companies' development and operations teams. Mrs. Valerie Robles, Esq., joined Stella Group as in-house counsel. With a license to practice law in Puerto Rico, Mrs. Robles brings a vast legal experience having worked as an independent counsel specialized in real estate development since 1998. Among her responsibilities she attends and advises on the legal aspects of the developments, contracts, and negotiations, while foreseeing and preventing controversies.
