Ray is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) with 27+ years of liability claims and structured settlement experience. Prior to joining EPS Settlements Group, he was a Settlement Consultant with Financial Settlement Services. While at Nationwide Insurance, he held the roles of Senior Claims Representative, Litigation Specialist, Special Claims Representative, Claims Supervisor and Claims Manager. While in these roles, Ray handled first and third party auto liability claims, uninsured / underinsured motorist claims, commercial and general liability claims. He has been directly involved in thousands of personal injury settlement negotiations and has participated in hundreds of mediations. Ray earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation in conjunction with the Executive Education Program at the University of Notre Dame.
