My name in Mike Whitehurst, I set up takefood catering back in 2009 after spending 15 years in all forms of hospitality starting off as a waiter moving on to bar and cellar then into kitchen before going freelance for 5 years moving around the country working at various venues in London such as the honourable artillery company and for events such as Silverstone, Goodwood festival of speed and BBC location catering to name just a few.
