Admiral Harry B. Harris, Jr., U.S. Navy (Ret.), 65, joined the L3Harris board in 2021 and serves on our Innovation and Cyber Committee. Harris is former U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea (2018 - 2021).

Byron Green

Byron Green is Vice President of Global Operations for L3Harris Technologies, Inc. In this role, Green has the responsibility for leading global manufacturing and facilities, quality, environmental health and safety, supply chain management and e3 - L3Harris' lean operating system. Green has more than 20 years of extensive operations and enterprise continuous improvement experience in large, global manufacturing organizations. Green joined L3Harris in July 2019 from Whirlpool Corporation where he most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for the North American region. In this role, Green was accountable for production, manufacturing engineering, and advanced program planning for 14 manufacturing facilities and 28,000 employees. Prior to joining Whirlpool in 2017, Green spent almost 20 years at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, ultimately leading the North American vehicle assembly, producing 2.3 million vehicles annually. In this role, Green had responsibility for advanced program planning and investments, process design activities, and program management and launch. Green joined Chrysler in 1998 and over the course of his tenure held a wide variety of operations and manufacturing roles, including Plant Manager of several facilities; Vice President, Powertrain - Engine/Foundry Manufacturing; Vice President, Manufacturing for the Jeep and truck division; and Vice President, Manufacturing Engineering, where he was responsible for leading the advanced manufacturing engineering function for the company globally, including process development and standardization, lean manufacturing, and execution of new model launches. Green began his career as a manufacturing co-op student at General Motors. Upon graduation, he spent nine years in escalating production and manufacturing engineering roles at both General Motors and Ford Motor Company. Green received his master's degree in engineering management/control systems from University of Detroit Mercy and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the former General Motor Institute, now Kettering University.

Christina L. Zamarro

Christina L. Zamarro, 51, joined the L3Harris board in July 2022. She is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, responsible for the company's global finance organization and overseeing Goodyear's treasury, investor relations, accounting, audit and financial planning & analysis, as well as its business unit finance teams. Prior to her current role, Zamarro served as Goodyear's Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, responsible for the company's capital allocation management and oversees Goodyear's global treasury, strategic planning and analysis, risk management and investor relations functions. She also served as Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets and Risk Management, responsible for Goodyear's global capital markets, creditor relations, risk management and pension asset management. In 2014, she was named Vice President, Investor Relations, and in 2018 took on additional responsibilities of Goodyear's Financial Planning and Analysis function. Zamarro has been with the Akron, Ohio-based company since 2007. Before joining Goodyear, she held finance positions at Ford Motor Company. Zamarro is a member of the Council for Institutional Investors, Women in Leadership, National Investor Relations Institute, Association for Finance Professionals and American Finance Organization.

Christopher E. "Chris" Kubasik - CEO, Chairman

Christopher E. "Chris" Kubasik is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of L3Harris Technologies. In 2010, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he also held several senior executive and finance roles. Before joining Lockheed Martin, he enjoyed a successful career at Ernst & Young, where he was named partner in 1996. Dr. Ross Niebergall - CTO, VP

Dr. Ross Niebergall is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Dr. Niebergall leads the company's engineering & technology organization, driving the overall technology strategy and aligning R&D investments to growth objectives. He previously served as Vice President, Deputy for Development Programs, Engineering and Technology, for Raytheon's Intelligence, Information and Services unit. In this role, he supported the development of a diverse portfolio, spanning both commercial and defense markets, including cybersecurity, command and control systems, sensors and imaging, and mission support products. During his career at Raytheon, Dr. Niebergall held significant technical and leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of U.S. operations for Thales- Raytheon Systems, a joint venture, and Senior Director of Engineering for the C4I Systems business. He began his career in Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems division. Dr. Niebergall has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Regina in Canada, and a master's and doctorate degree in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. He has served as an associate professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of North British Columbia and as a post-doctoral research fellow and visiting scientist at McMaster University in Ontario.

Prior to joining L3Harris, Jacqui held the position of Vice President, Procurement and Program Services in the corporate Enterprise Services organization at Raytheon Technologies, leading a multi-functional portfolio of business services, including accountability for $5B in annual procurement spend and 500 enterprise digital applications from solution development and deployment through sustainment, as well as program execution and earned value services. Previously, Jacqui held IT, cybersecurity, and program management leadership roles at Raytheon Corporation over the course of her 15-year tenure. Jacqui began her career as an Air Force acquisitions officer, proudly serving six years.

Jim Girard - CHRO, VP

Jim Girard is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for L3Harris Technologies. Most recently, Girard served as vice president of human resources with responsibility for all HR functional activity including Total Rewards, HR systems, Industrial Relations and Talent Management. Girard joined Harris in 2014 as vice president of human resources for the government communication systems business and was involved in designing and implementing the segment structure following the Exelis acquisition. Thereafter, he assumed the role of vice president of human resources for the Space and Intelligence Systems and Electronic Systems segments, along with having functional responsibility for Industrial Relations across the enterprise. Prior to joining Harris, Girard held roles of increasing responsibility in all HR disciplines at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) including vice president of human resources for Sikorsky Aircraft's operations organization, vice president of talent management overseeing succession planning, talent acquisition, executive development and M&A support at the UTC corporate office, vice president of Human Resources for UTC Fire & Security's Global Fire Products segment, director of Human Resources for UTC Fire & Security's Security Services division, based in the United Kingdom, and president of UTC Fire & Security's European Works Council. She is currently president and chief operating officer of JetBlue, responsible for JetBlue's operations and commercial performance. Prior to that, she served as JetBlue's executive vice president, customer experience from 2014 to 2018 and executive vice president, chief people officer from 2010-2014, after serving as vice president and associate general counsel and director of litigation and regulatory affairs. Geraghty has been with the New York-based airline since 2005. Before joining JetBlue, she was a partner at the law firm Holland & Knight. Geraghty is also a member of the board of the JetBlue Foundation and chairperson of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international not for profit organization.

Jon Rambeau

In this role, he was responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance of missile defense, radar, shipbuilding, directed energy and combat system integration programs, leading a global workforce of over 10,000 employees. Rambeau began his career as a mechanical engineer with Lockheed Martin as part of their Operations Leadership Development Program. He held key leadership roles in business and program management, technology, engineering and operations across multiple business areas in a career spanning 26 years with the firm. His previous executive leadership roles within Lockheed Martin include vice president for the C6ISR line of business where he was responsible for undersea, cyber, electronic warfare and command and control capability delivery; vice president and general manager for the Training and Logistics Solutions line of business; vice president of F-35 International Programs where he successfully delivered the first international aircraft to the United Kingdom and added both Israel and Japan as additional partner nations; and vice president for Technology Transition within Lockheed Martin's Corporate Engineering and Technology organization. Rambeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania's College of Engineering and Applied Science. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Council to the Dean of Drexel University's College of Engineering.

Lewis Hay III

Lloyd W. Newton

He serves as chair of our Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of our Innovation and Cyber Committee. Newton is a retired four-star general and commander of the U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command where he served from 1997 until his retirement in 2000. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he was executive vice president of Pratt & Whitney Military Engines until 2006. During his 34-year military career, Newton served as an Air Force congressional liaison officer with the U.S. House of Representatives and was a member of the Air Force's Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds. Newton previously served as a member of the board of directors of Torchmark Corporation from 2006 to 2018, Sonoco Products Co. from 2008 to 2014 and Goodrich Corporation from 2006 to 2012.

Previously, Turner spent nearly 10 years with Raytheon Company, ultimately serving as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the $6B Space & Airborne Systems business unit. She joined Raytheon in 2007 as Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer for ISR Systems. Earlier in her career, Turner held roles of increasing responsibility in financial management, financial planning, accounting and audit with Honeywell International, having joined Honeywell Aerospace as an intern. Robert B. Millard

Millard served as the chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation from 2014 to 2020 and is now chairman emeritus. Millard held various business positions including chairman of Realm Partners L.L.C. from 2009 to 2014 and managing director at Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1976 to 2008. Millard is also a member of the board of directors of Evercore Inc. (since 2012). He also served as a member of the board of directors of GulfMark Offshore, Inc. from 1989 to 2013.

Sallie B. Bailey

Samir B. Mehta

Mehta joined L3Harris in January 2023 from Raytheon Technologies, where he most recently served as President, Advanced Structures with Collins Aerospace. In this role, he led a diversified, multibillion-dollar global business of 15,000 employees, overseeing a portfolio focused on next generation flight and aviation components for commercial and military customers. Prior to Raytheon, Mehta spent over 17 years with Sikorsky Aircraft in various leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility across general management, business development and operations, notably serving as President, Defense Systems & Services, where he led a $4B business with more than 5,000 employees and Sikorsky's military products and services, from technology development to product delivery and support for U.S. government and foreign military customers. Earlier in his career, Mehta spent five years with Otis Elevator, ultimately serving as Associate General Counsel where he negotiated legal terms and conditions for all customer, supplier and distribution contracts for a complex, $1B aftermarket organization. Mehta earned a Juris Doctor degree and Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut, and a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College.

Scott T. Mikuen - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Prior to the merger of L3 Technologies Inc. and Harris Corporation in June 2019, Mikuen held the equivalent position at Harris Corporation, after a succession of roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary. With these roles, he had oversight for various legal functions in addition to responsibility for corporate governance, commercial compliance and SEC compliance. Prior to joining Harris in 1996, he served as a partner in a Long Island, New York, law firm. Mikuen is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Society of Governance Professionals and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Thomas A. Corcoran, 77, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 1997. He serves as a member of our Audit Committee and our Finance Committee. Corcoran is the president of Corcoran Enterprises, LLC, a private management consulting firm (since 2001). Prior to this, he served as senior advisor of The Carlyle Group from 2001 to 2017 and as president and chief executive officer of Gemini Air Cargo, a Carlyle Group Company from 2001 to 2004. Corcoran was the president and chief executive officer of Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated from 1999 to 2000, the president and chief operating officer of the Electronics Systems Sector and Space & Strategic Missiles Sector of Lockheed Martin Corporation from 1993 to 1999. He also worked for General Electric for 26 years where he held various management positions with GE Aerospace. Corcoran is also a member of the board of directors of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (since 2008). He has previously served on the board of directors of Standard Arrow from 2004 to 2008 and ARINC from 2007 to 2013, each of which were owned by The Carlyle Group. Additionally, he has served on the board of directors of Serco Ltd. from 2007 to 2011, La Barge, Inc. from 2005 to 2011, Force Protection Inc. from 2008 to 2012, and Aer Lingus from 2008 to 2013.

Thomas A. Dattilo, 71, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2001 and serves on our Compensation Committee and our Nominating and Governance Committee. He also served as Harris' chairman from 2012 to 2014. Dattilo is an advisor to various private investment firms. He served as chairman and senior advisor to Portfolio Group from 2013 to 2016 and senior advisor to Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to joining Cerberus, Dattilo was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 2000 to 2006. He joined Cooper in 1999 as president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, Dattilo held senior positions with Dana Corporation, including as president of its sealing products group. Dattilo is also a member of the board of directors of Canoo Inc. (since 2020). He previously served as a director of Solera Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and Alberto Culver Company from 2006 to 2011.
