Tamer Abukhalil received the B.S. degree in computer science from Al-alBayt University, Mafraq, Jordan, in 2003 and the M.S. degree in computer science from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India, in 2007. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering at University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CT, USA.
