Amber started her insurance career in Portland, Oregon, over 24 years ago. While still an Oregonian at heart, she now calls the Midwest home and has grown to love life there with her husband and two sons.
As an industry veteran, Amber brings with her a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. She is a results-driven insurance professional with a proven track record of effectively managing and placing annuity business and is excited to support your needs and get your business issued.

Chris was recently awarded the 2013 Distinguished Financial Advisor Award by NAIFA NH for her contributions "above and beyond the call of duty" to the insurance industry, the community and family. She has participated in the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation service projects, volunteering for a week in Indianapolis in 2009 and April 2013. Chris is a graduate of Plymouth State College with a BS degree in Business Administration. Chris resides in Pembroke with her husband Tom and their son Cameron. She also enjoys spending summers with her family at the lake.

Chuck started in the insurance business in 1969 with Prudential. He has worked both for insurance companies and agencies over the last 45 years. Recently Chuck retired from corporate life with a large insurance carrier and is recruiting and training agents with our agencies. He also personally produces business to keep his hand in the business. Chuck is a licensed life insurance agent as well as holds his Series 6,7 and 63. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Kathleen and two dogs - Rylie and Emma. Chuck has two grown children in the Cincinnati area and he enjoys working on projects with them and spending time with his grandchildren. Chuck is an avid car collector and owns a 1978 Datsun 280Z Black Pearl that he enjoys driving around town.

In September of 2002, Courtney began her career in the insurance industry with The Annuity Source, Inc. As the head of licensing, Courtney is our liaison with every insurance company and state insurance department. She also offers exceptional service to our valued producers in all aspects of the sales process. She is a graduate of Washington State University with a major in Communications. An avid runner and amateur photographer she loves spending time with her family. Courtney lives in Seattle, WA with her husband Nicholas and daughters Charlotte & Madeleine.
Heather joined The Annuity Source, Inc. in 2001 and is currently our Chief Marketing Officer. She offers a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the business and is hands on with our advisors on a daily basis. Heather offers a personal touch with case preparation, analysis and direction. She is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University with a Major in Business and Minor in Economics. In her spare time, Heather plays golf, gardens and is an avid football fan. She currently resides in Sammamish, WA with her husband Keith and son Rhett.

Kirsten began her career in the insurance industry in 1989. She has recently joined The Annuity & Life Source, Inc as a Sales Vice President. She brings over 25 years of industry knowledge as an agent, agency owner, and Personal Financial Representative for Allstate, Allstate Financial and Lincoln Benefit Life. Kirsten is passionate about providing exceptional service and growing business through lasting relationships. She looks forward to utilizing her knowledge of insurance products, needs analysis and case planning in her work with clients and advisors.
She holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Washington and has her LUTCF designation.
A native of the Northwest, Kirsten loves to enjoy time outdoors with family and friends, gardening, photography and walking her golden doodle, Maple. She lives in Redmond with her husband Scott and daughters, Allison, Melanie and Isabella.
Margo began her career in the insurance industry in 1987. After four years as a company marketing representative, she started The Annuity Source, Inc. with a mission to offer the best products with exceptional service to financial professionals. Margo has served on multiple advisory boards during her insurance career and has represented over 50 insurance carriers. She is a graduate of the University of Washington. Margo enjoys skiing, biking, reading and cheering on her kids from the sidelines. She resides in Bellevue, WA with her husband Tom and their two children, Mariah and David.

Mary is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional with over 32 years experience in the financial industry. She is a current member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and holds her FINRA Series 7 and 63. She is a well-known speaker and educator in the Retirement and Legacy Planning markets. She has worked for over 20 years as an independent financial consultant, this allows her to gain access to multiple companies and investment options available in the marketplace to help achieve her clients' and financial advisors' objectives. Mary has trained advisors how to plan for catastrophic illness, helped create advisor programs to reduce income taxes, social security planning, lower their clients estate taxes and protect their estates. She is currently updating her business, economic and technical skills at the University of Phoenix. She is a 2012-2021 recipient of the Five Star Wealth Management award. Mary lives with her family in Maple Grove, MN.
Merelyn started with The Annuity Source, Inc. in April of 2011. She began her career in the insurance industry at Jackson National's Pacific Northwest regional office and spent 21 years servicing producers. Merelyn then worked as a marketer at Fisher Brokerage for 8 years. She brings to The Annuity Source, Inc. extensive product and industry knowledge and assists her producers with every step of the sale. Merelyn lives in Everett, WA with her husband Jeff and enjoys traveling, boating, and gardening.

Rachel Girouard Nutt is a NW transplant from the Cajun Country of Louisiana who recently joined The Annuity Source, Inc. in 2017 as our Life Specialist. She adds her spice and southern hospitality to the team with 6 years of experience in the Financial Industry. She brings with her a broad base of knowledge involving life products, case planning and exceptional customer service as a previous licensed life producer and sales & client services manager in a MDRT office.
Rachel is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys skiing, boating, cooking, antiquing, and attending local sporting events with her family. She currently resides in Mill Creek, WA, with her husband, Kelly, and two children, Colton and Olivia.

Shannon started in the insurance industry in 1997. While working at a large insurance carrier she learned the financial operations, marketing and pricing aspects of the life insurance industry that help support advisors in their sales efforts. Shannon leads the efforts of our East Coast office located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shannon is active in our marketing and planning efforts and in working with agencies and agents every day to help grow sales. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a double major in Accounting and Finance. In her spare time, Shannon loves to go boating with her family, watch her sons play hockey and volunteering at her children's schools. She currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband Trent and four children.
