Mr. Gillotti was formerly the Chairperson of the Family Law Section of both the Allegheny County Bar Association (1975-1976) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (1980-1982). After terms as Governor and Vice President, he served as President of the Allegheny County Bar Association in 1987. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, was President of its Pennsylvania Chapter (1984-1986), and was a member of the Board of Governors of the national organization (1985-1989). He served as a member of the editorial board of the American Journal of Family Law. He has been a frequent course planner and lecturer on various aspects of family law for programs sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured in Family Law matters to, among others, the Pennsylvania State Trial Judges Conference, to the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, and the Oklahoma Bar Institute. Naifeh & Smith's The Best Lawyers in America has listed him in its Family Law category since its first edition in 1983, and he is recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and one of the "Top 50 Attorneys in Pittsburgh", and was designated Best Lawyer in Family Law in Pittsburgh in 2011. His peers have awarded him the coveted AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. A life-long resident of Pittsburgh, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh (1960) and the Boston University School of Law (1963), where he served as Senior Editor of its Law Review.

Attorney Cullen has been with the firm since 2002. He is a 1999 graduate of Emory University where he earned a B.S. in Anthropology and Human Biology and received his law degree in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania in 2002. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division of the ACBA. Mr. Cullen has served a three year term as a member of council of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section. He has recently served as the Co-Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee of the ACBA Family Law Section. Attorney Cullen is trained in collaborative law and mediation. Throughout his career, Attorney Cullen has focused on helping his clients make the life changing transitions frequently required in a divorce setting as smoothly and cost-effective as possible. This includes selecting the best dispute resolution approach possible based upon the facts of the case and not approaching every case from a traditional litigation perspective.

Mr. Bunde is a founding shareholder of Bunde, Gillotti, Mulroy & Shultz, P.C. He has concentrated his practice in areas of family law such as equitable distribution, alimony, child support, paternity, custody and pre-nuptial agreements since 1990. Mr. Bunde is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been active in the Family Law Sections of both the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Mr. Bunde has been a Council Member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Section for three separate three-year terms. He has been co-chair of the Rules Committee as well as a member of the Court Relations; Guidelines; Legislation; and Membership committees. Mr. Bunde has also served on several arbitration panels of the Allegheny County Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee involving family law matters. He has also served on the Finance Committee of the ACBA. He has served two terms as a member of Council of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. He served on the PBA Family Law Section Paternity Task Force and testified before the Pennsylvania legislature concerning paternity legislation on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Bunde is certified in Family Law Arbitration by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been a frequent lecturer on family law matters. Mr. Bunde received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1987 and his Juris Doctor in 1990, both from the University of Nebraska.

Selina Shultz has over fifteen years of extensive mediation experience. She is sought out to work with individuals and businesses as a mediator and consultant in dispute resolution. In addition to her private mediation practice, she served for thirteen years as a mediator for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Selina is currently on the approved mediator panels for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Selina is an innovative thinker. Through the mediation of hundreds of cases over the course of fifteen years, she has developed a mediation style that is effective and facilitative. She has an uncanny ability to bring out people's best thinking in order to guide them to solutions. Selina is a popular lecturer and trainer in the area of dispute resolution and has worked with individuals and businesses to provide both basic and advanced trainings in mediation and conflict resolution skills. She has served as a leader in the field, most recently serving on the Executive Board of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania, presenting at the Association for Conflict Resolution National Conference, and helping to launch the Western District of Pennsylvania's Prisoners Civil Rights Mediation Pilot Program. Selina graduated in 1990 from the University of Nebraska with a BA in Political Science and obtained her JD in 1993 from the University of Pittsburgh. She is expected to graduate in the Spring of 2013 with an LLM in Dispute Resolution from The Straus Institute at The Pepperdine University School of Law, the top ranked program of its kind in the country. Selina is sought out to work with individuals, couples and businesses as a mediator and consultant in dispute resolution. Unlike other mediators in the market, mediation is not a "retirement plan" or a "hobby" for Selina. Mediation is her main vocation and has been for the last twelve years. She brings an enthusiasm for the process that is contagious. With over eighteen years of mediation experience, hundreds of cases, and training with the best and the brightest in the country, Selina has developed a mediation style that is effective and facilitative. Selina is on the panel of mediators for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She is the primary founder of The Alternative Group a practice group of Bunde Gillotti Mulroy & Shultz, P.C. Selina mediates employment, complex and simple divorce and custody cases, and all types of civil and business cases, possessing the sophistication and training necessary to deal with whatever issues arise. Selina can also provide design services to businesses wanting to create an in-house mediation program or litigation prevention system to prevent the cost of future litigation. Selina is a popular lecturer and trainer in the area of dispute resolution and works with individuals and organizations to provide trainings in mediation and conflict resolution skills. She is an adjunct professor at the Straus Institute at the Pepperdine University School of Law and also at Duquesne University School of Law where she co-teaches Judgment and Decision Making for Lawyers with Robert A. Creo. The course is based on the research of Randall Kiser and is the first law school level course of its kind in the country. As an active member of the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania, Selina has served as the Co-Chair of the Program Committee, Treasurer, Vice President, and is currently President of the Board. Selina has also served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Committee and the Association for Conflict Resolution. When not mediating, Selina enjoys spending time with her husband, negotiating with her three active kids, running a marathon or two, and sneaking off to yoga.
