The Settlement was established in 1986. Our mission is to provide the best in early childhood education and childcare services for each of our enrolled children. We understand that parents need to follow their daily pursuits knowing that their children are safe and are enjoying their day in a safe developmentally appropriate environment... We also provide childcare services for school age children (kindergarten through the summer following 5th grade). Our before and after school program is for children attending our nearby elementary schools (Northeast, Glenellen, and Oakland). The program extends through the summer public school break as a summer day camp...
