Paul S. McConnell

Paul McConnell has been with the law firm since 1982. He graduated from Asbury College (B.A. - cum laude) and Oral Roberts University (J.D. - magna cum laude). He is licensed to practice law in Washington and Virginia. Paul has taught law and public policy at Regent University in Virginia and has served on the Washington Bar Association's Board of Bar Examiners. Paul holds the Washington Law School Foundation Certificate in Estate Planning and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). His practice emphasizes wills, trusts, elder law, estate planning, and probate. Paul's professional memberships include the Washington State Bar Associations, the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Christian Legal Society.

Perry W. McConnell

Mr. McConnell's practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury and family law. On injury claims, he typically represents clients who have been injured in an auto accident, motorcycle accident, or from a slip & fall. He focuses on cases in which there are serious injuries as well as wrongful death claims. He also handles a variety of family law matters including divorce, legal separation, child support, parenting plans, and maintenance. Mr. McConnell is experienced in negotiating settlements, managing the civil discovery process, and litigation. He prides himself and his staff in being focused on his clients and their needs. Mr. McConnell grew up in Arlington, Washington and returned to Marysville following law school. He is raising his two children in this community and works to give back through community involvement. He currently is a member of a local church, serves on the Board of Directors for the Marysville Food Bank and is past Chairman of the Board for the Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce. He is grateful to his community for supporting his legal practice since 2008.

Stephen W. Hansen

Steve received an Electrical Engineering degree (with Highest Distinction) and a Juris Doctorate (with Highest Distinction and the Order of Coif award) from the University of Iowa. He thereafter served as Law Clerk to Federal District Judge William T. Beeks for 2 years upon graduation from law school. In private practice Steve has been appointed as a Special Master in the Western District of Washington Federal Court and countless times has served as an Arbitrator in Washington State Court proceedings. His practice emphasizes real estate law, homeowners/condominium association law, construction law and personal injury law. He and his wife, Elizabeth, live on acreage in northern Snohomish County where she owns and operates an equestrian facility. They have two amazing adult children.
