Dr. Jennifer Diederich is a general dentist at Torrington Dental Care. Dr. Diederich has practiced in Connecticut for more than three decades. During that time, she has also been an assistant professor at University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Diederich received her DMD and a certificate in oral and maxillofacial radiology from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Keila Norman, D.M.D., brings superior therapies and credentials to Four Town Dental in Esthetic and Reconstructive Periodontics, Dental Implantology, and Advanced Periodontal Case Management. She obtained her BS in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1994. She received her dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey 2001 and her Specialty training in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the esteemed University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 2004.
Dr. Norman is also an educator in her field. She was Clinical Assistant Professor in Periodontics and participated in clinical research at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Norman was nominated and voted by her peers as Top Dentist and featured in Pittsburgh Magazine in 2012. She was featured in a book by the American Dental Education Association Opportunities for Minorities in the United States, 2002-2004, Fourth Edition.

Dr. Francis Mir loves bringing smiles to his patients' faces and helping them get back to their normal diet. Sometimes, teeth that are broken down can cause severe pain and cannot be saved. In many instances, patients are anxious from prior experiences and have a fear of going to the dentist. The loss of teeth, especially in the front, can make many patients feel self-conscious about their smiles. Dr. Mir has trained for ten years in the field of Dentistry and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to help his patients with these conditions. He especially enjoys providing sedation and sleep medicine during surgical procedures such as tooth removal, bone grafting, and dental implant placement to alleviate pain and anxiety.
Dr. Mir has lived in many countries across the world and connects with his patients on a personal level from all walks of life. He takes time to explain the treatment in detail so his patients feel comfortable and understand exactly what is going to happen next. He advocates for his patients with honesty, integrity, and compassion. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, running, playing tennis, and skiing. He lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with his wife Sarah Mir who is a Pediatric Dentist.
Dr. Mir graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York. He then completed additional training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Rutgers University Hospital in New Jersey and Woodhull Medical Center in New York. He went on to complete an Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC. He served as the chief resident in his final year and scored in the 95th percentile in the In-service Examination.
Dr. Mir is part of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the American Dental Association. He holds active certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
He maintains active licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut and is recognized by the National Board of Dental Examiners, The Commission on Dental Competency Assessments, and North East Regional Board of Dentistry. He is fast-tracked into Board Eligible status by American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been awarded the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Implant Award and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
He served as an Operative Dentistry Tutor, a member of the Honor Core Committee, and various leadership positions in American Student Dental Association.
