Brad Trauth

Brad is a licensed Kentucky real estate broker. Brad manages sales of new and existing properties as well as manages several real estate investment partnerships. He has 25+ years of industry experience in the construction and real estate industries in Greater Cincinnati and beyond. Brad was born and raised in the Northern Kentucky area and currently resides in Hebron, KY with his wife, three sons, and their two dogs.

Carl Trauth

Carl Trauth is a seasoned builder with 40+ years of experience in the building industry in Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati. Carl supervises all construction and development projects, handling scheduling and coordination of all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure completion of projects safely and on schedule. Carl resides in Taylor Mill, Kentucky with his wife Debbie of 40+ years! Carl and Debbie have four children and ten grandchildren!

Lizzie Trauth - CMO

Lizzie has 20+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, strategic branding and advertising in a variety of different industries. She uses her expertise to help build brand awareness and create engaging web content for Trauth Property Group. Lizzie was born and raised in Livonia, Michigan and currently resides in Hebron, Kentucky with her husband, three sons, and their two dogs.

Miranda Thomas

  • Resident Experience Manager & Accounting
Miranda is in charge of creating the best possible experience for all Trauth Property Group residents. Miranda manages our online property management portal where she communicates with all residents regarding lease documents, payments, and repair requests. Miranda further coordinates lease renewals, listings, showings, & signings. Just as importantly, Miranda handles accounting for construction projects, as well as, bookkeeping for all of our many investment partnerships. Miranda was born and raised in NKY and currently resides in Union, Kentucky.
