Greg Maliwanag is the co-founding principal and managing partner at Turtlerock Capital LLC, a real estate investment firm in Irvine, California. He has more than 25 years of commercial and residential banking experience including positions with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Mr. Maliwanag has been an entrepreneur for the last twelve years with an extensive background in management, operations, finance and marketing. Mr. Maliwanag co-manages the firm's investment funds, focusing on residential redevelopment projects in Southern California and multi-family apartment units in South Carolina. He is also on the board of The Blind Children's Learning Center in Santa Ana, California and currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Fund Development Committee. Mr. Maliwanag holds a Bachelor of Science from De La Salle University. He also holds a Real Estate License from California.
