Unity Wellness Group™ is a boutique wellness company and was founded in 2008 with a goal in mind: To help bring the health-transforming benefits of mind-body-spirit practices to businesses and schools, resulting in less stress and more productivity... Our mindfulness-based content for schools range from one-hour yoga, meditation or pranayama workshops for students and teachers to 6, 9 or 12-hour mindful-based curriculum programs. We offer flexible program formats based on school objectives such as free school sponsored summer school programs for stressed teens, electives, mindfulness clubs, professional development credits and more.
