He has industry experience in financial services, consumer packaged goods, high-tech, food service and higher education verticals. Barry has a Master's in Business from Washington University in St. Louis, and has been successful using his entrepreneurial skills by starting and building Victory Sign Company. Leading Victory Sign Company is a wonderful challenge that continually allows him to develop his entrepreneurial talents while leveraging his strategic planning, project management, customer relationship and technology skills. Barry possesses a high understanding of the sign business and it's hundreds of avenues for customization.

Debby Holst, Co-owner - Debby is first and foremost the mother of 4 unbelievable kids. After 12 years of full-time parenting, and over 20 years in corporate America, she is responsible for all the accounting and financial processes for Victory Sign Company. She is quite capable with two bachelor's degrees, one in general business and the other in accounting. Debby spent 16 years at Thorn Americas, Inc. corporate HQ's prior to moving her family to Charlotte, NC to become the Director of Payroll for Compass Group USA. Her team was responsible for paying 50,000+ employees each month, payroll taxes and departmental financials. Her customer service skills are exceptional, and she is an integral part in growing Victory Sign Company.
