The Urban Community Empowerment Project Inc. (UCEP) is a 501c3, non-profit organization that provides FREE empowerment services to people living in urban communities. Our aim is to encourage and motivate self-esteem and self-determination for people who are striving to get to the next level in their lives; while they navigate challenges that interfere with achieving goals... UCEP provides services through (2) venues which allow for a greater reach into the community. We target marginal and at risk individuals in urban areas and provide direct empowerment services; we target groups that are struggling with life challenges and may have difficulty moving forward, specifically, minority young adults, young fathers, seniors, women, victims of gun violence and more...
