Versatilis LLC was founded in 2004 and works with leading research universities, associates and partners around the world, engaging in business development, contract research and independent R&D directed in advanced materials and processes. The Company has won numerous SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) Awards from Government agencies, including the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Army Research Laboratories (ARL), the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and from the Department of Energy (DOE).
