We opened our doors in 2010 on Javaplein, in Amsterdam East. A Modern Dutch kitchen to us means: ingredients from Dutch soil and preferably from the region. We cook in season, vegetarian and, as much as possible, with sustainable fish and game... We serve a set menu, chose the number of courses. We serve in-house prepared bread and butter. You can add a cheese platter and bread.
