His knowledge includes assisting the engineering community in the selection of the proper equipment for the specific application. Brian has also operated and managed the distribution and service of the various plumbing pumping systems throughout the state of Florida.

Secretary & Women of ASPE (WOA) Chapter Liaison LeeMarie Bocanegra, CPDT Emerald Engineering Inc. secretary@wcf-aspe.com LeeMarie is a graduate engineer from the University of South Florida. Currently she is employed as a mechanical designer with Emerald Engineering. LeeMarie designs plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems for large commercial projects. LeeMarie is very active in the local ASPE chapter and is currently serving as the Woman of ASPE chapter liaison.

President Timothy Collins, CPD Wilson & Girgenti president@wcf-aspe.com Tim has 30 years' experience in mechanical engineering with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. His experience includes Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC design for new construction and renovations of education, business, healthcare facilities, correctional facilities, municipal, and high rise residential. These projects have included code analysis, engineering calculations, equipment selections, specifications, Florida Energy Code evaluation, energy conservation analysis, and construction phase. Received Certification in Plumbing Engineering (CIPE) by ASPE in 1992 and is currently a CPD.

Technical Todd Rebhahn, CPD Affiliated Engineers, Inc. vptechnical@wcf-aspe.com Todd has over 25 years of experience designing Plumbing/Fire Protection and Electrical Systems for commercial, government and various healthcare facilities. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Todd started his affiliation with ASPE in Wisconsin many years ago and has been a member of the Tampa chapter of ASPE since 2011.

V.P. Legislative Tony Furst, MSEd, CPD, LEED AP Armstrong Fluid Technology vplegislative@wcf-aspe.com In his role at Armstrong Fluid Technology, Tony works with the regional sales managers across all US business units to drive complex technical solutions utilizing all of Armstrong's products in controls and equipment. Additionally, he provides high level technical applications support and training to the Regional Sales Enablement Center and our channel partners. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Education and has earned his Certified in Plumbing Design credential from the American Society of Plumbing Engineers as well as being a USGBC LEED AP. Tony is extremely active in ASPE at the local and society level and ASHRAE at the local level.

Will is currently a District Manager for Viega LLC, covering the West Coast of Florida. Based in the Tampa Bay region, Will has 25 years of experience in both Industrial Manufacturing and Plumbing Industries with 15 years of experience utilizing Viega products in the field. From Apprenticeship Instruction, Project Management, and BOD experience with the PAPHCC, Will's firsthand experiences in the trades, will lend him a great asset to our team!
