Andrew has been a resident of Pennsylvania for a majority of his life, born and raised in Ephrata. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2013. Shortly after, he worked in Chestertown, Maryland for two and a half years for LaMotte Chemical. In 2016, he was offered an introductory position at Weaver Financial.
Since then, Andrew has been working with Weaver Financial's clients to focus specifically on long-term financial planning utilizing a variety of tools and resources to develop comprehensive financial plans. Andrew works with Rick Dover to gain meaningful and hands-on experience with Insurance & Investment products alike.
Additionally, he assists with data collection and entry for the in-house tax preparation services that Dennis Hartranft and Jonathan Wechter provide.

A lifetime Lancaster County resident. Dennis was born and raised in Ephrata, PA. He graduated from Ephrata Area High School, undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University. After completing his undergraduate work, he attended law school at Temple and passed his bar exam 1984. Before law school and after, Dennis worked at TLW Associates, before incorporating as Weaver Financial, Inc. As many small town lawyers, he has handled many aspects of law including estate planning and real estate.
In addition to legal and real estate matters, he is a tax professional and he has a true love and appreciation for travel. Before and after tax season, he organizes several travel tours for up to 20 people. These tours include many retired teachers and clients. His tours have encompassed most parts of Europe and the UK as well as several U.S. destinations.
Donna was born in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and graduated from Annville-Cleona High School, Annville, Pennsylvania. She started her career as a processing typist at Ft. Indiantown Gap, and held a variety of Administrative and Bookkeeping positions over the years. Donna was our office administrative assistant handling a variety of client and service needs.

Jack graduated from Buffalo State University in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Television & Film Arts. Since then, he has worked as a Videographer/Editor, Marketing Consultant, and formerly an insurance agent for Northeast Financial. Jack and Veronica Petrillo celebrated the birth of their first child, Oliver, in 2023.
Lamar "Henner" Weaver entered the financial business in 1961 and later started TLW Associates to offer a broad array of financial products to his clients. His primary focus was helping employees of non-profit organizations protect assets and save for their future. In 1993, his business was merged and incorporated into Weaver Financial Inc.
Mr. Weaver was a seasoned professional with experience in retirement planning, estate planning, life insurance planning, disability insurance long-term care and college planning. He routinely held individual and group presentations in retirement planning.
He was recognized as a member of the Summit, Inner Circle, President's Club and Leader's Court by UNIFI Companies- a reflection of outstanding performance and unparalled dedication to client services. In addition, he was named to UNIFI's Hall of Fame, and he was chosen to serve on its field advisory cabinet many times over the last 50 years.
Mr. Weaver passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was born in Ephrata to the late Raymond & Katie Weaver and was the husband of the late Lillian M. Weaver who passed away October 5, 2020.
Memorial contributions in Henner's memory may be made to the Weaver Financial scholarship via the Ephrata Area School District.
Mike is a native of Lancaster County. He is a graduate of Millersville University with a bachelor's degree from Elizabethtown College in Business Administration.
Mike has been with Weaver Financial for over 30 years.

Rick has been a resident of Pennsylvania since 1970, and, over 25 years, in Lancaster County. While he has lived the majority of his life in Pennsylvania, he has lived in a number of states due to his father's service in the Air Force. His father was in the Air Force for over 25 years, and the family moved among a number of military bases during his father's military career. His mother and her family were born and raised with a farming heritage in York County, Pennsylvania.
After graduating college, he was employed by a Valley Forge, PA property/casualty (homeowners/auto/business) insurance company. He handled various aspects of claims investigation and settlement for PA and NJ. In 1988, he was hired by Lamar Weaver to assist with agency claims and service as well as expand its limited investment business. In addition, he provided support to its in-house attorney with clients pursuing bodily injury claims or lawsuits. Due to Rick's background, he would provide insight into the insurance claims process and decision making from the insurance companies viewpoint so the clients were better prepared and informed. This process and support was helpful to our in-house attorney as well in order to determine appropriate settlement agreements for his clients.
After several years, Mr. Weaver was looking to incorporate his business and Rick was given an opportunity to buy into the business. TLW Associates was incorporated into Weaver Financial, Inc. As Mr. Weaver approached retirement, Rick took over as president of Weaver Financial.
Mr. Dover has worn many hats within the company, and his experience with insurance and investments serves our clients well.

Tracy worked at Weaver Financial for over 35 years. Originally, he sold, marketed, and serviced small & large group health benefits. Over the years, he began concentrating on individual Life & Annuity business.
Tracy passed away in 2021. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ephrata Area School District for the Weaver Financial scholarship fund.
