WELLS FOR KENYA PROJECT

The Wells for Kenya Project is a New England based charity headquartered in Uxbridge, MA run completely by volunteers. Our core focus is raising funds to drill deep water wells in Kenya. Deep water wells provide non-contaminated water unlike the alternative shallow water sources that are prevalent in parts of Africa. Although there are other water charities in Africa, the need is still great. Our volunteers have a heart for providing safe water for Kenyan people... Over the past several years, through the efforts of many volunteers, we have produced 4 deep water wells. Each of these sites is equipped with a water tower for storage of fresh water. People from the surrounding area visit daily to obtain clean potable water. Our good and trusted friend in Kenya, Dr. Gerry Kibarabara oversees local operations.
