Our mission is to help as many people as possible through our educational and support resources one community at a time... Our founding associates began in 1980 providing nutrition-based weight loss programs focused on one-on-one support. In just a few years those services expanded to communities throughout the United States and now throughout much of the world involving 70 countries to date.
