Yamhill Communications Agency (YCOM) is an intergovernmental entity established in 1988 under ORS 190. We provide 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency call handling, as well as, dispatch services for sixteen law enforcement, fire and emergency medical services (EMS) public safety member organizations... YCOM provides support and notification to Oregon State Police, Oregon Department of Transportation, Oregon Department of Forestry (Forest Grove and West Oregon Protection Districts) - Grand Ronde Tribal Public Safety - Yamhill County Community Justice, District Attorney's Office, Health and Human Services, Road Department - area Municipal Public Works Departments, local Water Districts, Lifeflight Network, and a variety of Utility Companies operating within our service area.
