We know that we are looking to change the nature of work by simply changing the physical location of work. By paying more attention to what physically happens in a workplace, we hope that people would be able to truly live up to their full work productivity potential... Again, that seems like a tall order. In fact, a lot of people are under the impression that worker productivity in the western world has pretty much peaked... Back in the 1980s, thanks to things like software and better training, workers experienced a massive productivity explosion. Not surprisingly, wages started to go up as well because the iron rule of economics still remains in place. The more productive you are, the more you get paid.
