UNDERSTANDING AUSTRALIAN LAW

Hello, my name is Tony and this is my new law blog. I was inspired to start this blog so I could record things I had learnt about the Australian legal system and maybe offer some top tips to other people. I am not a lawyer or legal expert but last year, I was called up for jury service. I was pretty nervous. Once the case got underway, I was in my element. I found the experience of being in court very interesting and I began to read up on the different aspects of Australian law. I hope you enjoy my blog.
