Mala brings over 12 years of customer service experience to the Wholesaler Cafe. During her career, she has held various management roles in the retail and financial services industries. Mala's strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude make her a perfect fit for the Scheduling and prospecting areas of the Cafe.
Patti brings over 15 years of marketing, project management and financial services experience to The WHOLESALER Cafe. Most recently, she was responsible for sales analysis and project management with Genworth Financial. During her tenure, the company introduced several business planning initiatives, along with customized sales reports and analysis tools to drive productivity within the sales organization. While at General Electric Corporation, Ms. George spent several years working on Process Improvement Initiatives (TQC, Six Sigma) within the Financial Services Industry. Patti holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts and Project Management Certification from Boston University.
