Donna holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Millersville University. During her diverse career, she has been involved with software engineering, global project management and, most recently, business optimization as a Global Business Supply Chain Manager at The Lycra Company. Donna continues to be a strong advocate for WMS, as she was during her son's Primary through sixth-grade (class of 2011) tenure at WMS. Donna enthusiastically supported WMS fundraising and also held the role of gift chair for the school's auction. Outside of WMS, she holds a position on her homeowner's association board and has been a co-captain of several USTA tennis leagues.

Originally from the U.K., James holds a bachelor's degree in Computing in Business from the University of Huddersfield, England and an M.B.A. with a concentration in international business from the University of Delaware. James has held various information technology leadership positions throughout his career, living in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. He is currently the Director of Enterprise Architecture for a global pharmaceutical company living here in Delaware. Part of the WMS community since 2012, James and his wife Priya are the proud parents of two sons - one of whom is a 2023 WMS graduate and the other a student in the 9-12 Program.

Joe Abele holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and has been involved in multiple startup tech companies over the past 20 years. He is currently a co-founder of a small software company that provides cloud-based software for live event staffing agencies to find, hire and pay temporary staffers. Joe's family has been involved in the WMS community since January 2011 when his son started in the preschool program followed by his daughter enrolling in September 2013. Joe's son is now a WMS graduate and his daughter is a Middle School student.

Lisa has worked in education since 1997, when she began teaching English at Delaware Technical Community College. Since 2006, she has served in various marketing and communication roles at the college. Having spent years as a local climate change educator for The Climate Reality Project, Lisa's volunteer work has been focused on environmental issues. Lisa and her husband, David, are the parents of a WMS Upper Elementary student.

Paul Sakaguchi served on WMS's board from 2005 to 2010 and rejoined the board in 2012. He is the parent of an alumna who attended WMS from age 3 through sixth grade
A graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. in Computer Science), Villanova University (M.S. in Computer Science) and the University of Delaware (M.B.A. with a concentration in finance), Paul is an equity systems analyst at DuPont Capital Management.

Sriram, Vice President and General Manager for DuPont, is a passionate people leader with a penchant for growing businesses. He has more 18 years of experience across strategy and operating roles. Prior to DuPont, he served as the President of Barksdale Control Products and led corporate strategy at Crane Co. He also had experiences as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising leading companies. Sriram has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, master's degree in computer engineering and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He lives in Garnet Valley with his wife Shweta and his daughter Yashoda and is a strong supporter of WMS and its mission.

Ted holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Dickinson College. Ted and his wife Laura are the parents of Sean, Quinn and Ryan who attended WMS from 1997 to 2009. He has spent his entire career in IT support with stops at the Vanguard Group and his current position as VP of Data Analytics and Performance Improvement at The Kendal Corporation.
