I am a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, an EMDR Association Europe accredited practitioner, a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a Senior Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
