IPC Services understand that continuing professional development is an extremely important aspect of their service to schools, both for themselves and governors, and keep abreast of new developments through links with the Department for Education (DfE) and membership of the National Governors' Association (NGA) and the National College for Teaching and Leadership. Over the past year, members of the company have attended national conferences and continue to be pro-active in sharing good practice and knowledge with their schools. IPC Services also provides a varied and relevant training and development programme for governors, included within their school service agreement, which can be delivered either through the programme or as bespoke training packages to individual schools and academies... The company was established by Mary Gibson (Harker) and Michelle Johnson in 2012. We currently service in excess of 50 schools including 7 large, local and national multi academy trusts.
