ABC FOOD LAW - Key Persons
Dr Andy Bowles is a practising solicitor and Director of ABC Food Law. He was formerly a lecturer in Environmental Health for the College of North East London, based at Middlesex University where he specialised in food law at both undergraduate and post graduate levels.
Prior to joining the College of North East London, Andy was Acting Head of Environmental Health at the London Borough of Enfield and gained industry experience as a Quality Assurance Manager for Dairy Crest Dairies.
Andy is qualified with a BSc (Hons) Environmental Health, BSc (Hons) Life Sciences, MSc Microbiology, Graduate Diploma in Law and PhD in food law. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology.
I am on the autistic spectrum and moved to Cringleford in Norwich over 10 years ago where I attended City College for 2 years. My favourite hobbies are model trains, trainspotting, music, art and football.
I support Norwich city football club and I go to all home and away games. I was voted the Norwich City Fan of the Season 2018/19.
