In his spare time, Jamie has run two half marathons for one of our respected clients who specialises in helping the homeless across South Wales.

Natalie joined Safehands 8 years ago and is now branch manager of the Telford office. Since being at Safehands Natalie has learnt how to efficiently deal with people in all walks of life. By knowing how to communicate with people differently she has made strong relationship and encouraged more referrals.
In her spare time, she enjoys the countryside by walking her dog and mountain biking in the Welsh hills.
Natalie's best piece of career advice is to never think you are not right for the job because with enough passion you will succeed.

Natalie started working in care when she just turned 18 years old. She started her career as an apprentice working in a residential care home in Gloucester supporting people with Learning disabilities, mental health disorders and behavioural problems. While she was working at this service, she became a team leader which allowed her to express interest in recruitment and office administration tasks which she found to really enjoy and wanted to investigate further. Having done this, Natalie grew a passion for recruiting the right high-quality carers for the clients she used to work with. Natalie joined us in November 2022 as a Complex care Administrator and feels she can use her knowledge and experience to benefit her growth within the company making sure that we hire the best carers to ensure that our clients are getting the best quality care as possible.
