Chris looks after the Programme Management Office and the team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Since joining the company in 2010 as a Project Manager he has been responsible for the deployment of much of the current Prolinx capability. For the last few years Chris has built a team that delivers the portfolio of projects to a consistently high standard, working closely with customers to ensure that their requirements are met.

Gary Styles joined Prolinx in 2000 and has helped guide the company to become a leading secure IT Managed Services organisation.
As Services Director Gary holds overall responsibility for the operation and administration functions of the business ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently. Major achievements include the creation of an extensive in-house services team, mature engagement and delivery processes, and the ongoing development of vendor and supplier relationships.

Karen is the Business Support Manager in the office and joined the Prolinx team in 2021.

Rishi became interested in Cyber and related areas such as TEMPEST whilst undertaking his PhD at Loughborough University. Rishi has over 25 years of experience in Cyber and effectively applying his experience to businesses processes to genuinely reduce business risks. Simon Blackburn has gained extensive knowledge and experience working with clients to provide IT Services over the last 28 years, working for major Systems Integrators such as Siemens Business Services, Fujitsu Services and Wincor Nixdorf.
Simon joined Prolinx as Sales and Marketing Director in 2010 before being appointed Managing Director in 2022.

Steve joined Prolinx in 2019 and heads up the Service Portfolio Management function of the business. This includes developing our service catalogue and working closely with both Sales and the Technical Advisory Group to enhance our service offerings. Steve has over 12 years technical and operational experience within organisations such as Symantec and HPE, as well as finance and commercial experience.
