Dale has extensive experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Accolade, Dale was V.P. of Network Modules, Inc. and V.P. of Marketing at SBS Technologies, Inc. (now part of G.E., a leader in the embedded OEM market for Telecommunications and Networking products) Prior to SBS, Dale was co-Founder and C.O.O. of SDL Communications, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-speed WAN interfaces and protocol software for the Networking and embedded markets. SDL was acquired by SBS Technologies, Inc. Dale has BSc degrees from Arizona State University and Northeastern University, Boston.

Jon has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor business. Prior to founding Accolade Technology, Jon was the Founder and CTO of Trebia Networks Inc., a VC funded storage networking chip company. Prior to Trebia, Jon was the founder and CTO of ACI, a developer of T1/E1, HDLC packet processor chips. ACI was acquired by VLSI Technology/Philips Semiconductor. Prior to founding ACI, Jon held senior Engineering positions at various telecom, server, and graphics chips companies. Jon has a BSEE from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MSEE from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Kent has over 25 years of management experience in technology based large scale, global R&D organizations. His background spans a wide range of disciplines including networking, digital/analog hardware, software design and embedded systems. He joined Accolade from EMC Corporation where he lead a global team of engineers responsible for the functional validation of all EMC storage server platforms. Before that, he held various engineering and leadership positions at Honeywell Information Systems, Sudbury Systems, LPM and MRV Communications. Kent holds a BSc. in E.E. from the University of Massachusetts. He holds 3 patents in electric power demand management and high speed networking technologies.

With 20 years of proven, results oriented executive management experience in operations and project management, Nick is a key contributor to the Accolade team. Prior to joining Accolade, Nick was Director of Operations for SBS Technologies (now G.E.) where he was instrumental in managing all aspects of project management, development and manufacturing for its communications product line. Nick joined SBS from SDL Communications where he was Director of Manufacturing. Prior to SDL, Nick was Director of Manufacturing Operations for Motorola Corporation.

Robbie has more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Networking market. Prior to co-founding Accolade, he was President of Network Modules Inc., VP of Business Development at SBS Technologies and the Founder and CEO of SDL Communications (a leading manufacturer of WAN Interfaces, acquired by SBS Technologies). Prior to founding SDL, Robbie held Senior Engineering positions at Analog Devices, Motorola Codex and Plessey Radar (UK). Robbie has a BSEE and MS in Physics from Portsmouth University, UK.
