Vineria all'Amarone was founded in 2013 by Alfredo Depietri. Alfredo is a serial food & beverage entrepreneur in Venice. Back in the 80s he opened the first Fast Food in Venice (& amongst the first in Italy), creating then a Franchising that opened in Cortina, Florence and other locations. About 10 years ago, he sold his previous activity "Bacaro Jazz" near Rialto bridge and in February 2013 he inaugurated Vineria all'Amarone right by the house where he was born... Quite simply, it's a dive into the Italian best wines. As our name suggests we have a focus on the "Valpolicella" wines such as the Ripasso & the Amarone, but you can also fine some other great Italian signature wines such as the Barolo & the Brunello di Montalcino...
