AMELIA YOGA

I began my yoga journey by chance, attending a yoga class instead of going to my regular Pilates class as my teacher failed to turn up. After one class I was hooked and could not wait to attend the next week to yet again get the buzz I had after the first one. It seemed to put everything into perspective in the rest of my life and soon I became addicted, attending a few classes a week... After a few years the classes were not enough and I decided that I wanted to delve deeper into this ancient practice and fully immerse myself in all things yogic. So in 2009 I began my teacher training with Teach Yoga, taking a year's course so that I could continue to work and also consolidate my learning's. Teaching Hatha yoga in London at some top studios and clubs, before my husband and I moved out to Dubai in 2010, I have been teaching here ever since... Furthering my training to be able to teach prenatal yoga in 2011 and also attending some amazing workshops with Cameron Shayne, Elena Voyce,..
