Brad has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, he started his is career in framing and estimating. His energetic and positive personality drew him into residential exterior remodels, which then turned into an estimating position for AMW. His attention to detail paired with exceptional customer service makes him a great senior estimator for all things sheet metal. Brad has in depth knowledge of codes, regulations, and material packages needed for every application.
Grant joined Architectural Metal Works in fall of 2019 bringing specialized business development and organizational skills into the company. His primary task was developing the flat roofing division while creating opportunities with strategic accounts. Grant takes a customer driven approach striving to find the win-win in every scenario. While not at work you can find Grant on the Deschutes river fly fishing for steelhead and trout.
Larry started his career at AMW as a shop apprentice, fabricating sheet metal and accessories. As he developed knowledge and skills he transitioned into running complicated commercial projects out in the field. As he gained a firm understanding of commercial construction Larry emerged a natural leader and was promoted to vice president of Operations in 2020. He's passionate about teaching and instilling a strong work ethic into our Culture. When Larry is not scaling the business he enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his family.
