Rajan Anandan is an active angel investor in the US and in India. Rajan focuses on early stage investments in education, clean technology, internet, software and healthcare. Rajan has invested in several IAN companies including Authorgen, Druvaa, Eurekha, Viedea, Hungryzone, Techlit and Digilogue
Rajan's professional career has spanned across high technology and management consulting. Rajan is currently the Managing Director of Microsoft India.
Prior to joining Microsoft Rajan was the Vice President and Country General Manager of Dell in India where he grew the Dell business from $250million to over $800 million and made Dell into the leading player among corporates in India. Prior to leading Dell India he held several leadership roles in Dell International Services Dell's off shoring division. Rajan joined Dell as the Executive Assistant to Chairman Michael Dell.
Prior to joining Dell, Rajan was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. At McKinsey he worked with companies across a broad range of industries including technology, industrial and services companies.

Prof Mahesh Gandhi, a leading educationist with decades of experience, both internationally and in India is the Company's Education Director. Prof Gandhi brings with him rich experience having served as the Director of two leading management institutes.
He is a visiting professor in various management disciplines with the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, the Delhi School of Management, JIMS, Wigan and Leigh, and also with the University of Chicago. Prof Gandhi spent several years teaching entrepreneurial management and international business at leading Management Institutes in the USA, Middle East and in India. As a corporate trainer and consultant, he has worked with leading companies like L&T, Duncans, LML, Al-Futtaim, Woolworth etc.

Anthem Academy has been promoted by Rajiv Ahuja who is a first generation entrepreneur with over 21 years of corporate experience. Rajiv has had a successful career in the corporate sector having held senior positions across multiple functions in leading Indian and Multinational companies. He has experience across a range of business specializations and geographies, spanning 27 countries in his last position with Dell.
Rajiv has worked with Dell, American Express, Garwares and the multi business Max India Group. He has been a key part of several start ups, in several industries including telecom, healthcare and the insurance businesses of Max. He was a key part of the expansion of American Express' presence in the country as also in the rapid expansion of Dell's business in India.
Rajiv has a B. Sc [Hons] and an MBA and has participated in several executive and business management programs across the world.

Ramesh A. Vaswani is the Executive Vice Chairman of Intex Technologies and is responsible for organizational and business development, strategic decisions and overseeing the operations.
A gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras, Chennai, Ramesh Vaswani has 44 years of vast and rich industry experience in various sectors in India and overseas, including refrigeration, diesel engines, automotive components, plastics processing and packaging, small appliances, electric motors, industrial flexible metal hoses, Software applications, IT hardware, etc. He has been a member of various committees at CII and PHD Chamber and was also Vice-Chairman of Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NR). Currently he is a member of CII National Committee on ICTE Hardware Manufacturing
He started his career in 1965 as a Senior Management Trainee with the reputed Shriram Group, Delhi and held several senior positions over a period of 14 years. His last assignment in the Group was that of General Manager of an Automotive Component manufacturing company where he was responsible for turning around the sick company and bringing in a fresh Technical Collaboration agreement with a globally reputed Japanese manufacturer. In 1979 he took up an overseas assignment for 5 years, as Managing Director of two manufacturing companies of CHELLARAM Group in Nigeria. On returning to India in 1984, he was Vice President of INALSA, Delhi where he set up 2 new businesses, Appliances Division and Flexitubes Division. The latter was hived off as a JV and finally taken over by a British MNC.
From engineering industry he switched over to IT industry in 1999 and was Managing Director of a Software company offering Baan ERP solutions, SAS Data Warehousing solutions, etc. In 2000 he established an alliance with a leading Canadian company for a large Indian Group to set up a new business, dealing in high-speed wireless data transfer radios. This business was moved in 2002 to INTEX Group.
Ramesh Vaswani has been with Intex for over 7 years. Under his leadership, the growth at Intex has seen a substantial acceleration. Incorporated in 1996, Intex achieved a turnover of Rs. 32 crores in the sixth year (2002) of business which was stepped up to 326 cr. in the next 6 years (2008), giving a CAGR of 47% and a growth rate of 2-3 times the industry growth rate. In the last Annual Survey conducted by Dataquest in July 2008, Intex was ranked 101, amongst the 200 fastest growing IT companies in India. Intex product range covers IT Hardware, Mobile Phones and Electronics including INTEX branded PCs, Notebooks, TFT-LCD Monitors, Mobile Phones, DVD Players, Home Theatre Systems, Subwoofers, Headphones, MP3 Players, Web Cameras, Computer Peripherals, etc.
