APRILE

Aprile Marchesano grew up in a Long Island family teeming with creativity. Her mother, a painter, set up studio in her family home. Surrounded by fine arts and crafts of every kind, she naturally developed an artist's eye for color and composition. Years after receiving her BS degree from L.I.U. at C.W. Post, Aprile's creative roots eventually caught up with her. She remembers the moment that she finally found her "magnificent obsession" and it was interior design. Driven by her passion, Aprile returned to C. W. Post to study design. She soon began working for a prominent Long Island designer and was employed for ten years. She also was an instructor at Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design. Aprile Interiors, a residential and commercial design firm was launched in 2007.
