Francis has supported students for over a decade through various roles in student affairs. Francis graduated with a Master's of Science in Secondary Education, and is currently enrolled in an Educational Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Portland State University. Drawing on experience as a counselor for the National Suicide Lifeline, his work as a survivor's advocate in Suffolk County, and crisis management roles in university housing, Francis brings compassion, equity, and dedication to his work advocating for students. Outside of work, Francis enjoys the outdoors and playing video games.

Jeanie is a Peer Advocate and the Data Team Lead in the Office. She is in her final year majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences with an option in Human Services. They hope to make a positive impact in the non-profit sector and directly serve under-resourced communities. Her superpower is finding power in the most unexpected situations. Outside of work, they enjoy playing badminton and are the hugest fan of fictional murder mystery podcasts.
Joe is a Peer Advocate and the Policy Team Lead in the Office. He is finishing up an M.A. in Applied Ethics after earning a B.A. in Political Science at OSU. When he's not working or talking philosophy, you'll find Joe on a hike.
Kalei is in her last year studying BioHealth Sciences with a minor in chemistry. She is a peer advocate and the Outreach Team Lead for the office. Kalei is currently planning for a career as an industrial hygienist. When she's not working or studying, she loves to collect shoes that she cannot afford.

Lesly is an intern and part of the outreach team at the ASOSU Office of Advocacy. She is a 2nd year student here at Oregon State University with majors in English and Political Science, with an option in Pre-Law. Lesly is part of various clubs and organizations here on campus like TRIO and MEChA. Lesly dreams and hopes to become a lawyer and her dream city to live in is New York City

Molly worked and advocated for adults experiencing housing instability, children with special needs in the school system, and children in the foster care system until she came to the Office of Advocacy five years ago. She was a non-traditional student at Oregon State and graduated in 2007 with a BS in Human Development and Family Services, with a Human Services option. Her years of experience helping people through rough situations and her experience as a student at OSU has informed her practice of listening and supporting each student she meets. She understands the complexities of navigating a higher education institution and strives to consider the needs of everyone involved in issues that arise. Her mission is that every student she meets with will develop the self-advocacy tools to address future conflicts professionally and respectfully.

He graduated from OSU with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and Philosophy in Spring term 2023. Ray's academic interests include catastrophe management and international policy. In his free time, Ray enjoys spending time reading, hanging out at coffee shops around town, and going on walks.
