I've never been the type of person that you would say has a sweet tooth, but I started baking because I love celebrations, events, gatherings, making wonderful memories and most of all, putting the biggest smile on the face of a person, that has a sweet tooth…... It all began when my mother-in-law made some profiteroles in the UK. My husband and I were going over to his friends' house for New Years' Eve, and I thought… let's make something homemade and bring it over to their place. We commissioned my mother-in-law to teach me how to make these ever so delicious, decadent and worth every calorie profiteroles… and the rest was history!...
