Our office is open and operating our normal business hours. We are adhering to the standards and protocol of the Center of Disease Control and Prevention and the American Dental Association. To allow for social distancing, we are asking that only the patient ( if a minor) and guardian are allowed in the practice. We ask that upon arrival to your appointment to stay in your car and to call our office. 317-271-9400 We will give you instructions and ask that you complete a digital COVID-19 screening. We ask that you wear a face covering while in the general areas of the practice. Upon entering we will ask you to sanitize your hands and take your temperature.
