Allyson B. Maske

Allyson B. Maske, M.D. joined Atlanta Plastic Surgery in 2004. Her primary aesthetic and reconstructive surgery interests include breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift (mastopexy), and breast reconstruction. Further interests include body contouring (liposuction), abdominoplasty, procedures following massive weight loss, and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Maske uses new plastic surgery technology designed to enhance patient consultations. Using 3D simulation imaging and interactive consultation software, Dr. Maske provides her patients with useful and convenient educational resources. Dr. Maske also performs minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including Atlanta Botox® and Restylane® treatments, fat injections, and scar therapies. Dr. Maske sees patients at Atlanta Plastic Surgery's Northside office and holds privileges at Northside Sandy Springs Outpatient Center, Northside Hospital, and St. Joseph's Hospital. She is also co-owner of AYA Medical Spa. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in economics, Dr. Maske attended medical school at the University of Alabama School Of Medicine at Birmingham. She completed her residency in general surgery at Vanderbilt. While attending the University of Tennessee at Memphis for specialized training, Dr. Maske spent a year studying the care of burn patients and conducting plastic surgery research. She completed her plastic surgery residency in Memphis and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Maske lives in Atlanta with her husband Jim and their two children. Dr. Joseph Williams

Dr. Joseph Williams maintains an Atlanta plastic and reconstructive surgery practice dedicated to the treatment of congenital patients with birth defects and traumatic injuries here at Atlanta Plastic Surgery. He also has a special interest in facial aesthetics and body contouring. Dr. Williams incorporates the latest cosmetic surgery techniques in both aspects of his practice, including extensive use of lasers and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Williams, a Mississippi native, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. After completing his Plastic Surgery training at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, Dr. Williams underwent fellowship training in pediatric and craniofacial surgery at New York University. He is an active member of numerous societies including: the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Williams has contributed extensively to both medical journals and textbooks in the field of pediatric and craniofacial surgery. Dr. Joseph Williams currently holds a clinical appointment as Associate Professor at Emory University in the division of Plastic Surgery. He is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite and Director of Research at the Center for Craniofacial Deformities. Dr. Williams has privileges at St. Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta, Northside Hospital, and Egleston Children's Hospital. Private operating rooms in the Northside Sandy Springs Outpatient Surgery Center at Atlanta Plastic Surgery are also available for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Dr. William P. Adams

Dr. William P. Adams, Jr. is a board-certified plastic surgeon located in Dallas, Texas, and is an international authority on breast augmentation. His expertise includes an advanced understanding of different types of breast implants including cohesive gel implants. During his time as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Adams has developed new techniques for clinical breast implant surgery to improve patient safety and satisfaction. At his plastic surgery practice in Dallas, Dr. Adams also became skilled in performing several non-surgical cosmetic treatments including Botox® Cosmetic injections, facial fillers, chemical peels, and more. Dr. Adams earned his undergraduate degree earned with honors from Princeton University. He attended Vanderbilt University Medical School where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and was recognized as the best graduating clinician. He completed both his general surgery and his plastic surgery residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. After spending his first ten years in practice in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the UT Southwestern Medical Center, he transitioned to a private practice in an effort to devote more time to his clinical practice and spend more time with his family. Priding himself on sharing the knowledge and expertise he has gained through the years, Dr. Adams is currently serving as the program director for the Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at UT Southwestern, and Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. In 2019 Dr. Adams completed the 2nd edition of the world's only Breast Augmentation Atlas to further educate surgeons on breast augmentation surgery. In 2009, he founded The Plastic Surgery Channel, a multi-media company focused on plastic surgery operated by plastic surgeons Dr. Adams currently serves as the CEO, President, and Chief Medical Officer of the channel, specializing in high-quality doctor delivered programming on plastic surgery.
