Aaron Kinch is an Integrated Solutions Consultant based out of central PA. He tracks his passion for agriculture back to experiences with his high school FFA chapter. Aaron continued his education at Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Agricultural Systems Management. After college, Aaron spent 14 years learning the ins and outs of John Deere equipment as a Sales Pro, in 2007 he took on the role of Precision Ag specialist. Now, Aaron enjoys sharing his knowledge of precision ag technology and connecting customers with the right equipment to help them work as efficiently as possible. When he's off the clock, you can find him hiking in central PA or relaxing with his dogs.
I grew up on a medium sized dairy farm in Middleburgh, NY where I gained my true passion for agriculture. I attended SUNY Cobleskill where I earned an AAS Agricultural power machinery degree and a BT Agricultural Engineering Technology degree with a minor in precision agriculture in 2020. My college, farming, and Midwest harvest crew experience gave me valuable knowledge that I use and build upon every day.
I grew up around farming and before attending Alfred State College, where I earned two business degrees, I worked on a very progressive dairy farm in the Finger Lakes as a herdsman. Directly out of college I was hired by Lakeland Equipment, now LandPro Equipment, as a Sales Administrator. However I quickly realized that my true passion was for Precision Agriculture. This has led to nearly 14 years and growing of creating relationships with, and finding solutions for growers all over the territory with hardware, software, and data management solutions. I enjoy my job very much and feel I have found a truly enriched career. When my boots are not on company or customer land they are typically on a long trail on a mountain in the Adirondacks where I enjoy completing a new challenge every year!

I grew up in Crawford County Pennsylvania and spent my summers with my grandfather on his small dairy farm. I was a member of the Linesville FFA Chapter and received my American Farmer Degree. I graduated Linesville High School in 1996 and went on to Northwestern University of Ohio (now UNOH) to study Auto/Diesel/Ag Repair. I achieved my Associates Degree and started working for Elders Sales & Service in 1999. With the cooperation of the dealership, I spent 6 months of 2000 in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas on a custom harvest crew running a John Deere self propelled forage harvester and gained a lot of first hand knowledge. I came back home and have worked at the Stoneboro location since then focusing on Large Ag equipment repairs and Precision Ag Technology integration and adoption. I have worked for LandPro Equipment since they purchase Elders Sales & Service in 2018. During the summer of 2019 I've joined the Precision Farming Division team to continue to provide innovative solutions to our customers in the Precision Ag industry and look forward to providing new services that weren't possible before.

I am a graduate from Albion High School, and Morrisville State College, where I received my degree in Agricultural Business A.A.S. I grew up playing many different sports and always staying active, until one day someone introduced me to my first beef cow and I instantly fell in love. This grew into a full time internship at a local beef and flower farm between semesters in college; and eventually, led to something of my own. I currently am a co-owner of 15 brood Simmental cows and 12 sheep. Both operations keep me busy in my spare time, but it doesn't keep me out of the woods during hunting season. Being outdoors is like second nature to me and when the opportunity arose for me to join Precision Farming Division in January 2018. I am a field operations specialist and lead the "boots on the ground" efforts at Precision Farming Division.
