I never considered another career besides Veterinary medicine. I chose to work in a mixed practice for 20 years because I loved the variety of skills needed to deal with both large and small animals. It was certainly a James Herriot type of life. Many great stories and fine people. I narrowed my focus to small animal practice in order to spend more time with patients and clients. I like to delve deeper into their medical problems and focus on the human-animal bond that is so important in veterinary medicine.
My family and I moved to Bethel in 2003 after enjoying 20 years of mixed practice in Lisbon and Colebrook, NH.
Since joining the Bethel Animal Hospital staff in 2005, I have enjoyed meeting you and your pets! My pets have always been important family members in my house, and it makes me happy to provide quality veterinary care for your family members as well.
