Jeff Libman

Jeff graduated from DePaul University in 2010 with a BS in Computer Game Programming and a minor in Animation. He has been a part of the BidMed team since 2012 and leads the development of our technology suite, including online auction platform, mobile app, and cloud-based inventory software.

Jill Knobeloch

With a BFA from RIT and over a decade of experience in web design and marketing, Jill supports the graphic development and execution of our full tech suite, as well as our print and digital marketing materials. She also supports our marketing strategies and resources aimed at improving the efficiency and consistency of both internal and customer-facing operations.

Joanne Frogge - CEO, Founder, President

Co-Founder and President Joanne Frogge attributes the success of the Walnut Hill project to their team's expertise and advanced software platforms. "We couldn't have done it in 23 days without our tech. The only reason I feel confident doing proposals today is because of the tech." Joanne co-founded BidMed in 2012, building the company from the ground up based on industry best practices including technology, data, and customer service. She leads BidMed's strategic planning, operations, technology development, and finance. Joanne earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.

Susanne Collins

Susanne has been with BidMed since 2016 as Director of Operations. She earned her BS in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, then went into medical sales and earned accolades as top 5 Salesperson in the country. From there she joined her husband in launching his start up business, where she found her passion in all aspects of helping a small company run and grow efficiently.

Tony Kay

A graduate from Concordia University of Chicago, Tony received a B.A. in Marketing and Management. With a passion for healthcare, he decided to pursue a career in the medical equipment industry. His responsibilities include customer acquisition and sales for healthcare facilities across the country.
